Information we collect

We collect information submitted through the site, including first name, email address, order details, shipping name and address, consent status, and timestamps. We also store payment and fulfillment identifiers, statuses, and tracking information. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to reveal the offer, operate checkout, prevent fraud, process and fulfill orders, provide receipts and shipping updates, handle support and refunds, maintain business records, and improve site performance. Entering an email to reveal the offer does not by itself enroll that address in general promotional email.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments, Supabase stores lead and order records, Printful manufactures and ships products, and Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Each provider processes the information needed to perform its service under its own privacy and security terms.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers only as needed to operate the store, comply with law, protect the business and customers, or complete a transaction.

Retention and choices

We retain order records as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@lagahats.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
