Product and price

Made to order

Each hat is made to order by our fulfillment provider, Printful. Production typically takes an estimated 2–5 business days before shipping, but production and carrier timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking is provided when available.

Shipping

We currently ship only to valid addresses in the United States. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier delays, weather, and an incorrect address can affect delivery.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Because production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after payment.

Returns and problems

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days with the order information and clear photos when applicable. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
